Dr. Manmit Madan belongs to a family of doctors and is a high qualified and experienced doctor. Dr. Manmit did MBBS [1983] from Government Medical College & Hospital, Nagpur (till recently the biggest hospital in Asia with 1700 beds), which is a premier and highly sought after medical school in central India.
Dr. Manmit went on to complete his postgraduate studies in Paediatrics [MD Paediatrics, 1987] from the same institute and then and worked as a Specialist Paediatrician and Emergency Physician in India for 10 years. Dr. Manmit published numerous research papers during this period. Dr. Manmit still owns and manages a private hospital in Nagpur in central India.
He migrated to Australia in 1997 and worked in the Canberra Hospital in the department of Neonatology managing premature babies as small as 400 grams and 23 weeks gestation. In 2000 Dr. Manmit joined Dubbo Base Hospital as a Fellow in Paediatrics.
In 2003 Dr. Manmit attained FRACGP in Sydney. He then worked in rural NSW for a few years and then in 2007, he migrated to Sydney due to children going to university in Sydney.
Dr. Manmit has since worked in western Sydney and currently works in 2 practices: One in Quakers Hill [Hillside Medical Practice] and one in Westmead [Westmead Medical Centre].
Dr. Manmit has extensive experience in Paediatrics, Neonatology, Emergency Medicine, Infectious Disease, Diabetes, Heart Disease and Mens Health and has been a practising doctor for the last 30 years, including nearly 20 years in Australia. Dr. Manmit has recently developed an interest in Aesthetic Medicine and is in the process of expanding his expertise in this area of medicine.
